On Thursday, October 9th Diet Pop Records and Maker House present the first annual Fall Film & Music Gala! Featuring Eric Ayotte (IN) and The Gadabout Film Fest!!!
Gadabout is an independent touring short-film fest based out of Bloomington, IN. In addition to collecting film submissions from a wide range of filmmakers, they also feature a themed, monthly, short film challenge. This fall, Gadabout will be on the road for 3 months going to over 75 cities in the US before continuing to Europe for shows in 15 other countries.
Besides the amazing short films, the night also features musical performances from fest founder, Eric Ayotte (plan-it-x records), Sacred Destinies (featuring Charlyne Yi (the real one)), locals Best Dog Award and surf legends The Boogienauts.
WAIT, THERE'S MORE! We're also going to be screening music videos all night from great local bands including Human Behavior, Prom Body, Sun Bones, Logan Greene Electric, Head Over Heart, Best Dog Award and others!
The show is only $8 for a whole night's worth of great entertainment. Local music videos start at 7pm and music starts shortly after. Parking is FREE and EASY in the Franklin Lot, right across the street from Maker House. Find out more about Maker House at http://makerhouse.org/
